The workflow
We design and build operational dashboards that surface the metrics that actually matter — jobs in progress, revenue this week, outstanding tasks, customer activity, team performance. Data is pulled in real time from the systems that generate it and presented in a format that makes the current state immediately visible.

Agreeing on which metrics matter and building data pipelines reliable enough to be trusted. A dashboard filled with numbers is not useful — the right numbers presented clearly are. Getting leadership to align on what they actually need to see often takes more time than building it.
